Out of Africa
What a wonderful time we had with Rachel and Melissa in Africa. Words cannot express the experience we had and joy of serving the Lord in Niger. Here are some pictures-they say that a picture speaks a thousand words.

Our translators/team leaders/hosts
Melissa is the sister Rachel never had. What a blessing to see how they work together in their strengths and weaknesses.
Walking the sandy streets of the village of Toda, we were accompanied by curious little ones who would call after "Rakia" (Rachel) or Weyti (Melissa) just to see them wave or answer in response.
And a trip to the "Ladies Room" could be an adventure!

One of our main purposes in WA was to story the Bible to the children as well as to the adults. They were always eager to hear the stories.

Learning and becoming a part of their culture and building relationships, although was a part of the ministry, was the best part of our visit.
The Mission Africa Team was honored to be a part of our Savior's work in West Africa. It is an adventure that we never forget!
